The role involves coordinating with the Business Development Team and land aggregators to obtain all necessary land-related documents. The candidate should be proficient in drafting and reviewing various legal documents, including lease deeds, leave and license agreements, contract agreements, addendums, supplemental agreements, amendment agreements, NDAs, commercial agreements, term sheets, and letters of intent. Responsibilities also include conducting title investigations and due diligence related to land, managing litigation concerning property or company matters, coordinating with relevant teams for the registration of conveyance or sale deeds, and providing legal advice and guidance on all legal issues.

We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant with 2 to 3 years of experience in finalizing books of accounts in accordance with Ind AS standards. The ideal candidate should have practical experience with consolidation tools or software such as Hyperion or Emerge. Experience in industries related to INVIT or similar sectors such as logistics, real estate, construction, or EPC is preferred. The role also involves assisting in the finalization and statutory audit processes.

We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant with 2 to 5 years of experience in the Accounts Payable domain. The ideal candidate should have experience in the implementation or development of ERP systems, such as Oracle NetSuite or SAP, with exposure to Oracle NetSuite being a notable advantage. Experience in the real estate sector is also preferred. Strong Excel skills and excellent communication abilities are essential for effectively managing multiple stakeholders.
