President – Strategy

Ananth Seshadri brings with him 25+ years of expertise in leading strategy, profit improvement & company turnaround engagements, new geography market entry/expansion, product management and business planning, etc. across different geographies including India, USA, and China. Of the total period, he has worked for 15+ years in the TVS Group including TVS SCS. He has done his MS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from University of Illinois, USA. He also holds an MBA Degree in Finance, Economics, Strategy from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

In his current role at TVS ILP, he coordinates and liaises with different teams to develop and implement new business ideas and strategies.

Head – Banking & Finance

Chintan brings more than 20 years of experience in project finance, fund raising and strategy in the infrastructure sector like roads, power, airports, water treatment, etc. 

He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from VNIT, Nagpur and M.B.A from HEC School of Management, Paris.

Head – Marketing & Communications

Dency Mathew has a career spanning over 15 years across diverse industries and possesses extensive experience in PR & Communications, Marketing, Brand Management, Strategic Partnership Building and Social Media Management.

She has worked with leading organizations including Star TV, The Times of India Group, VFS Global and Network 18. She holds a postgraduate degree in Mass Communication and Journalism from Xavier Institute of Communications (XIC), Mumbai and Marketing Management from NMIMS, Mumbai.

Head – Secretarial

Haresh Swaminathan is a seasoned corporate governance and compliance professional with over 20 years of experience in company secretarial, legal, and regulatory matters. He has worked extensively across industries, guiding businesses in setting up and managing entities, ensuring statutory compliance, and liaising with regulators such as SEBI, RBI, and the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.

Over his career, Haresh has successfully handled high-value transactions, including large fund-raising through term and working capital loans, managing mergers and demergers, and ensuring smooth regulatory approvals for complex business initiatives.

Head – Operations

Lakshmi Narayanan J brings in 39+ years of extensive experience in Logistics/Supply Chain Management and Business Unit Leadership. He is an established professional with experience in various functional areas of supply chain solutions & logistics management including transportation, warehousing, process excellence, overall operations & plant management, total quality management, etc. in reputed organizations in India and Thailand. Of the total period, he has worked for 31 years in the TVS Group including TVS SCS. He holds an M.S. Degree in Manufacturing Management from Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani.

At TVS ILP, he leads the Estate Operations at PAN India level and drives value added services.

Head – Business Development

Rohini brings over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate across office, industrial, and logistics sectors in India. With deep expertise in leasing, asset management, business development, and P&L leadership, he has consistently driven large-scale portfolio growth, maximized value, and secured marquee client acquisitions for leading real estate and infrastructure platforms. He has successfully closed complex warehousing transactions, led negotiations with global occupiers, and is actively evaluating land acquisitions and pre-leased assets with multi-million square foot development potential.

In his current role, he oversees leasing, property acquisitions, and strategic expansion initiatives.

Head – Taxation

Rohit Katariya brings in more than 7 years of experience in relation to advisory and compliance services for various merger and acquisitions, cross-border transactions, investment and divestment strategies from the taxation and regulatory perspective. 

He is a Chartered Accountant and B. Com graduate and has also completed Advance Diploma in International Taxation from Chartered Institute of Taxation, United Kingdom and Diploma in International Taxation from ICAI, India.

Head – Human Resources

Roshni Raheja carries over twelve years of rich experience in human resources including talent acquisition, talent management, performance management system, revamping HR policies, learning & development, employee engagement, employer branding, payroll, and HR budget in the real estate, automotive, e-commerce, and the healthcare industry and has associated with companies like Johnson & Johnson, Mahindra & Mahindra, Yatra.com and Xanadu Realty Pvt Ltd.

Head – Legal

Sneha Dubey has experience of 13 plus years in Land acquisition, Title Due Diligence, Documentation, Conveyancing, etc.

She has completed her B. Com & LLB from the University of Mumbai.

Head – Accounts & Compliance

Sunil Chandak brings 12+ years of experience across different functional areas such as accounts, tax, and finance of the manufacturing industry like Cement, OTR Tyres, Packaging, etc.

He is a Chartered Accountant and has completed his Bachelors of Commerce from MDS University.
