We have signed of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) worth ₹200 crore at the Invest Karnataka Conclave 2026. The signing took place between Dr. Ramnath Subramaniam, Joint Managing Director, and M. B. Patil, Hon’ble Minister for Large & Medium Industries and Infrastructure, Government of Karnataka. This MoU marks a significant step in strengthening our commitment to the state of Karnataka, while advancing our vision of enabling industrial growth and delivering world-class infrastructure.

Karan Sethi, Vice President – Investments and Strategy at TVS ILP, was a panelist at the Indian Infrastructure Magazine conference, Warehousing Development & Operations, held in New Delhi, where he participated in the session on Developers and Operators Perspective. During the session, he highlighted TVS ILP’s pan-India footprint of scalable, Grade A warehousing assets serving diverse sectors. He also discussed the rapid expansion of the warehousing industry driven by manufacturing, infrastructure, and e-commerce, while addressing key challenges such as land acquisition, regulatory compliance, and labour availability.
The discussion further underscored the growing role of real-time inventory tracking, automation, and data-driven operations in improving efficiency, alongside TVS ILP’s sustainability initiatives, including rooftop solar and green building practices, and the strong growth momentum in Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities amid the shift from unorganized to organized warehousing.
We marked a major milestone in our growth journey with the Bhoomi Pujan ceremony for our upcoming 20-acre Grade-A logistics park in Indore. The ceremony symbolized the formal commencement of construction and our commitment to delivering world-class warehousing infrastructure for Central India. The event was attended by our senior leadership team, project and engineering teams, architects, and key contracting partners, whose collective expertise and dedication are instrumental in bringing this vision to life. The logistics park is being developed with an investment of ₹250 crore and is expected to generate employment for more than 1,000 people in and around Indore.
TVS ILP has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Telangana to acquire 20 acres of land to develop a tech-enabled logistics and industrial park in the state. The signing took place at Bharat Future City in the presence of Mr. Revanth Reddy Anumula, Chief Minister of Telangana, between Dr. Ramnath Subramaniam and Shri Sanjay Kumar, Special Chief Secretary, Industries & Commerce Department, Government of Telangana.
This proposed investment aligns with Telangana’s vision of emerging as a leading manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics hub in India. The initiative is expected to generate significant employment opportunities, support supply chain and industrial growth across multiple sectors.
Our new Grade-A Logistics Park in Visakhapatnam was virtually inaugurated by the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, Shri Nara Chandrababu Naidu, in a special ceremony.
The occasion was graced by several distinguished dignitaries, including Dr. Dola Sree Bala Veeranjaneya Swamy, Minister for Social Welfare, Disabled and Senior Citizen Welfare; Sri Bharath TG, Minister for Industries, Commerce and Food Processing; Sri Srinivas Kondapalli Garu, Minister for MSME and SERP NRI Empowerment & Relations; Sri Mathukumilli Sribharat, Member of Parliament (Lok Sabha), Visakhapatnam; Sri Manthena Rama Raju, Chairman, APIIC; and Sri P. Developed with an investment of approximately ₹250 crore, the logistics park is poised to generate over 1,000 jobs, contributing significantly to the region’s economic growth.
TVS Industrial & Logistics Parks successfully listed its InvIT, TVS Infrastructure Trust, on the National Stock Exchange on July 8, 2025, raising over ₹1,300 crore. The landmark event also marked the company’s 20th anniversary, having been established on the same date in 2005 through a partnership between TVS Supply Chain Solutions (TVS SCS) and the Ravi Swaminathan Family.

Dr. Ramnath Subramaniam was invited as the key guest speaker at the event. He shared his insights on the key drivers of investment in the warehousing industry and addressed topics such as the role of Financial Institutions in supporting logistics infra development in emerging economies, how the Government is attracting private investment in logistics infrastructure, how PPPs aid in better financing logistics infrastructure projects, and how Rajasthan is a vital domain for TVS ILP’s growth trajectory.
