TVS ILP is working with the Government of Bihar to set-up a logistic park in Bihar as part of its plan to operate pan-India. TVS ILP, represented by the CEO Dr Ramnath Subramaniam was among the prominent organizations who had the opportunity who had the opportunity to share their expectations from the Bihar Government at the Bihar Investors’ Meet 2022, held at Patna. The Meet was conducted in the presence of Shri Nitish Kumar, Hon’ble Chief Minister of Bihar, Shri Tejashwi Prasad Yadav, Hon’ble Deputy Chief Minister of Bihar and Shri Samir Kumar Mahaseth, Minister of Industries, Govt. of Bihar amongst other dignitaries.
The CM at the Meet announced that a new Logistics policy is being framed, keeping in mind the problems faced in establishing industries in the past, which will pave way for a ‘Single-Window’ clearance for multiple approvals in Bihar. The Meet was attended by several investors who also sought benefits and exemptions with respect to Taxes, Stamp Duty & Registration fees along with immediate clearances on Land Conversion & Mutation.
The Bihar Government also allayed investors’ fears about law and order in the state and also announced that there will be SPOCs for each organization in Bihar Industrial Area Development Authority (BIADA).
